I chose to use FMC because Iris did such a wonderful job on my grandson’s toolbox birthday cake. I needed a special cake for my daughter’s college graduation. She was so overjoyed with the cake. Our out-of-town guests had not seen a cake with such detail and one that was so fresh with such a wonderful flavor. We celebrated at Outback and we had people coming to the table to check the cake out. We even had to cut a slice for the waitress. It was such a wonderful cake. I know my daughter will remember it always. Thank you Iris!!

I have ordered 3 cakes from FMC and they all turned out perfect! I ordered a TV/nintendo/rubics cube cake for my 80's party, a gorgeous black & white damask cake for my "sweet 16...the sequel" party, and an ugly sweater cake for my christmas party!
