I am very disappointed and upset
4 hours for 1 valve stem, the manager said he would "take care of me." He did ! Charged me full price because he forgot to take care of me. Offered to discount an oil change. Well if the tire shop can't get a valve stem right then they aren't gonna touch my motor!
$1500 to fix something that might have been caught earlier.

And they said nothing was wrong, just the ABS pump, and that I have to go see a Ford dealer.
AVOID THIS FIRESTONE! All I needed was a tire patched. I knew this particular store worked on appointments so I called in on a Monday to schedule my appointment. I was told that if all I needed was a tire patched, then I could just drop it off and they would get it done. I explained that I really needed to drop it off between 8-9am get it back before 11:30am. The person I spoke to said that would be no problem at all. I let him know I'd be dropping of off on Wednesday. Wednesday morning I take it up there around 8:30am to get the tire patched and I'm told that I need an appointment. I let the person know what I was told just two days before and he said I could leave it with them but I would have to leave it all day and he couldn't promise that they would get to it. This particular store lacks competent employees and anyone who visits Ft. Benning daily should avoid this store.
I went for an oil change. And I asked them to check the brakes, something was off. They were nice, and I thought they were professional.
Go off post instead. Customer service is garbage. Auto work is garbage, over priced and a complete waste of time. If I was able to rate it 0 stars I would.
BUT they charged me an extra $20 for a full inspection (when their oil change is already $50!)
3 weeks later, a sudden smell of burnt rubber and a weird noise and very loose brakes. Another Firestone told me the ABS pump is fine but lost of fixing is needed on my brakes!!!
